Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate with other team members to ensure alignment of schedules and follow up on action items as needed.
Email and Communication: Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and other communication promptly. Maintain clear and efficient communication channels.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure that all travel plans align with your schedule and preferences.
Document Management: Organize and maintain documents, files, and records. Ensure easy access to important information and data.
Expense Management: Manage and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements. Maintain accurate records of expenses.
Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and privacy when dealing with sensitive information and matters.
Prioritization: Serve as gatekeeper. Prioritize tasks and manage the your time effectively. Identify and address urgent matters promptly.

-All remaining months will require the month-to-month service fee. Service fee includes 4 weeks of service. On week 5, you must re-enroll to keep service.
-Client must commit to a 3-month minimum commitment of service.
