Policies

  • INVOICE POLICY: If you are emailed an invoice for your requested services: payment is due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 48-hours your invoice will be cancelled due to nonpayment.

  • COMMISSION POLICY: For our services that include a commission rate, Client is to issue commission payout at the same time that we submit their deliverable. Commission is paid out immediately, not monthly.

  • LATE FEE POLICY: Monthly service fee is due on the agreed upon start date, each month. (Example: 7th every month, 12th every month, 20th every month, etc.) We allow a 24 hour Grace Period for scheduled payments. If your payment is received two or more days AFTER you due date, a $40 late fee will be added to your total amount due.

  • PAYMENT PLAN POLICY: Our payment plans split the total service cost in half, into two parts only. The first payment is due to start the service and the second payment is due before your 1st Draft is submitted. We only offer payment plans for the following five services: 1. Business Plan, 2. Business Plan + Grant Writing Elements, 3. Grant Writing, 4. Beauty Business Start-Up, 5. Mentorship. All payment plan orders are processed via PayPal Invoice only. Elected service fee is to be paid-in-full within 30-days of your initial first payment.

  • TURNAROUND TIME POLICY: There is a 14-Day turnaround time for all writing services. Your turnaround time BEGINS once you submit your Questionnaire responses.

  • REVISION POLICY: All documents include unlimited revision within 30-day of the original purchase date. A $30 Revision Fee will be required for any revision/edit request made 30-days or more past your original purchase date.

  • SPECIAL REQUEST POLICY: Beautypreneur Consulting does not accept special requests for services. All currently available services are listed on this website for purchase. All services are offer à la carte and delivered as shown/outlined in service description. No exceptions.

  • RESCHEDULING POLICY: In a consultant-client relationship, respecting one another time is essential. Attendance of scheduled sessions is mandatory. If you schedule a Strategy Session or Mentorship Session: you are permitted 2 reschedules within a one month period. On your third consecutive re-schedule, you will be unenrolled from our Mentorship Program and/or declined as a client.

  • SALON MANAGEMENT POLICY: Enrollment requires a one-time $100 Onboarding Fee, due alongside your first month service fee. Enrollment fee must be paid before service start date. This is a month-to-month service in which Client is responsible for re-enrolling each month by submitting the agreed-upon service fee.

  • REVAMP POLICY: If you’d like to include content from an existing document in the new final document that you’ve ordered from us, our $45 Document Revamp service is a mandatory add-on.

  • NON-COMPETE POLICY: Should you be accepted to be a client of Beautypreneur Consulting, there is a non-compete policy in place in which you cannot poach our client list or replicate our proprietary services/processes within your business without legal recourse.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY: All strategies, processes, or written content provided is considered intellectual property of Beautypreneur Consulting and is remain confidential between us and Client/Purchaser. No third parties.

  • BEAUTY INDUSTRY ONLY POLICY: We only accept clients in the Beauty Industry; be it products or services. No nonprofits and no other industry outside of beauty.

  • REFUSAL POLICY: We reserve the right to refuse service.
